For all 1 to 1 Personal Training Sessions I offer a FREE TRIAL session, where we'll cover all the basic movements and the fundamentals of resistance training. Once we've uncovered your goals, we'll build a workout programme that incorporates a range of exercises, that will excel your fitness journey and help you reach your goals.
