ROHAN'S STORY...

SEB'S STORY...
​
Seb came to me unhappy with his physique and low in confidence with his body and it's ability. He'd gained weight and was suffering from chronic back pain due to the lack of proper training.
​
Working closely with him, we put some key habits in place with his nutrition to ensure he was consistently hitting his protein and calories, and set up a training programme that could work around his pain.
​
Fast forward 12 weeks and we've lost 7kg of body fat, packed on muscle and strengthen his back, removing all pain from his day to day life. On top of all of this, his confidence has skyrocketed and he's now excited for the beach trips away with his top off.

JAKE'S STORY...
​
Jake had been training for close to 5 years, but struggled to make progress towards his size and strength goals in that time. He came on board with the aim to reduce his body fat, build some muscle in his upper body and strength in his legs.
​
By closely monitoring his nutrition and making small changes to his daily habits, we set Jake up to shift over 8kg of body fat, and he's on track to lose a lot more.
​
And by progressing him through the Large & In Charge Lifting Academy, we blew his shoulders up and hit a new personal best of 102.5kg on his back squat, and 80kg on bench.






TOM'S STORY...

Tom had always struggled with bulking up and putting on weight, sitting at a 74kg to 75kg for most of his adult, which also impacted his performance in the gym and out on the rugby pitch.
​
By running him through a closely monitored training and nutrition programme across a 13 week period, we were able to pack on 5kg of muscle, transforming his body and confidence.
​
On top of this, we smashed all of his previous gym personal bests, hitting a 155kg Deadlift, 90kg Bench and 105kg Squat.

SIOBHAN'S STORY...​
​
Getting into the gym was easy for Siobhan, but making progress and building up her big lifts was seeming impossible. We started working together and once we'd perfected her form, we got to work strengthening her big three movements.
​
Taking the back squat from 55kg to 82.5kg, deadlifts from 60kg to 100kg and from never benching before up to a huge 47.5kg. Complimenting this huge increase in strength, her confidence skyrocketed in and out of the gym, as she'd become her fittest, and strongest self.
OLLIE'S STORY...
​
Ollie's fitness goals had taken a bit of a back seat due to his hectic work schedule and busy family life. But by working on key movements and training effectively, he's grown into his strongest self, setting huge PB's in the gym, with 120kg deadlift for 8 reps being working weight for him now.
​
Alongside the growth of muscle, we've worked together to rehab an old injury that was causing Ollie grief. The programming and stretching movements used have allowed him to fly through his tennis and cricket matches without any pain.
CHARLIE'S STORY...
​
Charlie had fallen into a rut with her diet and training. She'd always been one to indulge and enjoy herself but it had caught up to her, so when she signed up we got straight to building some habits to help her lose the weight she'd gained and feel better in herself.
​
By dropping 6.5kg of body fat and learning how to lift and train properly, we didn't just get Charlie feeling back to her usual self, but we boosted her confidence, and pulled a huge 80kg Deadlift PB in the process!
MARIA'S STORY...
​
Being a coach herself, Maria knew the huge importance of building up small habits in her lifestyle to achieve her goals.
​
But with life getting in the way as it often does, she'd lost the accountability and drive to keep herself on track.
​
So, when we started working together, we set a high level of communication from the off which helped her get back in control of all the habits and routines she'd been putting off.
​
Session by session she began to see the results of her hard work, and we progressed so much that Maria hit PB's across all of her compound movements.
​
By the time the holiday rolled around, it wasn't just the weights that had improved. We'd shifted over 5kg on the scales allowing Maria to feel herself again when in Marbella.

SAM'S STORY...
​
Being a fitness enthusiast, Sam knew the ins and outs of training very well, and had been trying to build his squat back up after training for the London Marathon, but struggled with the specific how to's.
​
Within working with Sam for as little as 5 weeks, we took his already impressive 130kg for 3 reps back squat to a huge 150kg for 3 reps.
​
What was arguably more impressive was that we accomplished this all whilst he was still running, enjoying a busy London social life and conquering the 3 peaks challenge.
​
From this fantastic result we're embarking on an even bigger feat, the legendary 200kg back squat is on.
